External works model for a residential complex

Our team has successfully completed another External works model for material take-off. We modeled the proposed terrain from which we separated the surfaces of soft landscape and hard landscape. We added fencing, railings, walls, and external fixtures. With our model, the client was able to get an accurate list of all materials required to complete the project.
